About third-party service providers to SoftwareVilla

SoftwareVilla allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the SoftwareVilla site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the SoftwareVilla site. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see.

SoftwareVilla does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, please note that if an advertiser asks SoftwareVilla to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, men aged 18-34) or audience segment (for example, men aged 18-24 who have viewed certain channels of content) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of the SoftwareVilla site, such as the number of times you viewed an ad (but not any personally identifiable information), to determine which ads to deliver to you.

You need to acknowledge that, whenever you disclose information in public areas on the website, such as message boards (comments) or forums, that information becomes public and can easily be tracked and used by unauthorized persons.

Although SoftwareVilla does its best so as to protect your personal data, we cannot entirely grant you its safety. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. You should also know that you are the only one responsible for keeping the secret of your passwords, usernames etc.

We use the information we obtain during the redirection process to determine whether a particular marketing initiative is effective, and may collect information connected to your identity. If you do not want us to collect information about the links that you click, you can choose a text-based version of the message (if the option is available). You may also choose not to click the links we provide in the emails we send to you.

4. The option to ‘completely remove’ the application or software must clearly stand out in case the uninstallation process includes any new offers.

5. Software uninstallation must not impact unrelated files or otherwise try to deter uninstallation by misleading tactics or false claims, like impact on system performance or privacy post uninstallation.

6. Once any software has been deleted or disabled, it should not drop any leftovers or other applications on user system and should not be auto-enabled or active in any form once the application has been completely removed from the system.
